Overview
The Nikon AF DC-NIKKOR 105mm f/2D is a distinctive short telephoto prime lens, perfect for portrait photography. Its innovative Defocus Image Control (DC) feature allows you to manipulate the degree and placement of blur in your images, helping subjects stand out or creating a soft background. With a bright f/2 maximum aperture, this lens excels in low-light situations and offers excellent control over depth of field.
The lens incorporates a Super Integrated Coating to minimize flare and ghosting, enhancing contrast and color accuracy, especially in challenging lighting. A rear focusing system ensures quick, responsive autofocus without changing the lens length during use.
